Dr. Craig Grobman, founder and medical director of Youthology Medical, is a board-certified physician nationally recognized for his expertise in aesthetic medicine, wellness, and anti-aging therapies. With an innovative, artistic, and personalized approach, Dr. Grobman has helped countless patients look and feel youthful, confident, and revitalized.
Specializing in medical aesthetics and wellness, Dr. Grobman offers advanced expertise in Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, peptide optimization, bio-identical hormone therapy, and weight management solutions. His focus is on achieving natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty while supporting overall wellness.
A respected leader in the field, Dr. Grobman has been named among the Best Aesthetic Injectors in America–Top 100 for 2023, 2024, and 2025. He is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in Endocrine Balance and Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration and serves as a MINT PDO Top Key Opinion Leader and PDO Thread Trainer. Additionally, Dr. Grobman trains fellow practitioners through Galderma GAIN, sharing his expertise in treatments such as Dysport, Restylane, and Sculptra.

Co-Owner & Practice Manager
As Co-Owner and Practice Manager of Youthology Medical, Ilene plays a central role in leading the team, managing operations, and enhancing patient experiences. With a passion for creating a seamless, supportive environment, she focuses on efficiency, organization, and excellence in patient care.
Ilene collaborates closely with the Office Manager, Business Development Manager, and Dr. Grobman to align the practice’s goals with its vision for growth and innovation. Her leadership ensures that both the staff and patients benefit from a well-run, positive, and client-focused environment.
Lisa Panetta-Ringel, L.E.
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN | Laser & Skin Care Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Lisa Panetta-Ringel is a highly skilled and dedicated licensed esthetician committed to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Known for her meticulous technique and warm, approachable demeanor, Lisa provides personalized skincare solutions that enhance natural beauty and confidence.
Lisa holds advanced certifications in a wide range of treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, facials, and micro-needling. By combining her deep expertise with the latest technologies, she creates customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns and goals.
Continuously expanding her knowledge, Lisa stays at the forefront of evolving skincare trends and innovations to ensure every client receives the safest, most effective, and most advanced treatments available.
Outside of Youthology Medical, Lisa treasures quality time with her husband and their four children, balancing her passion for family and skincare with the same care and dedication she brings to her clients.

Jenna is a passionate Registered Nurse Injector with a love for all things beauty and a mission to help you look and feel your absolute best. With a year of hands-on experience in aesthetic nursing, she specializes in Sculptra, Radiesse BBL, and lip fillers—the ultimate trio for achieving radiant skin, sculpted curves, and natural-looking, plump lips.
Her approach is friendly, honest, and results-driven. Jenna believes in enhancing your natural beauty with subtle, personalized treatments that create a big impact—because you’re already stunning! As one of the first friendly faces patients encounter at Youthology Medical, Emma is committed to delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Joseph’s University, Emma aspires to become a skilled nurse injector in the aesthetics field.

OFFICE MANAGER
With nearly 20 years of experience working alongside Dr. Grobman, Jennifer plays a pivotal role as Youthology Medical’s Office Manager. She oversees workflow, scheduling, and daily operations, ensuring the entire practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Jenn’s unmatched organization, attention to detail, and long-standing dedication allow her to deliver seamless support to both the Youthology team and patients.
Her leadership ensures that everyone who visits the practice experiences the highest level of professionalism and care. Outside the office, Jenn enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her family, bringing the same energy and passion to her personal life as she does to her work.
