He takes the time to explain additional treatments that can be benefited from, without being pushy or forcefully trying to upsell (which is rare in aesthetics!). Such a great experience! The space was clean and relaxing, and the PA Sarah was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. I really appreciated how well she listened to what I wanted and didn’t rush the process.
