He explained why he thought a different technique would give me more natural and lasting results, and why my preferred option might not look as good. Then he said, “Let’s try it my way first, if you’re not happy with the results, I’ll do it your way at no charge.” That kind of confidence backed by a real guarantee says everything about how much he stands behind his work. I trusted him, went with his recommendation, and the results were exactly what he said they would be. I also want to mention that for certain procedures I deal with some anxiety, and the option to use laughing gas was a game changer for me. It made the experience so much more comfortable and honestly took the edge off completely. I’m really grateful that’s available. Honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Caroline and Dr. Grobman were knowledgeable, compassionate, and very professional. They kept me calm and pain-free at all times. I love my results. This is my second consecutive time visiting Dr. Grobman for Dysport injections. He’s a true professional and very kind. He takes the time to explain additional treatments that can be benefited from, without being pushy or forcefully trying to upsell (which is rare in aesthetics!). I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking safe treatments in a good environment.
