Dr. Craig Grobman is a board-certified Physician practicing on Long Island. He founded Youthology Medical out of his love for aesthetic medicine and serves as medical director. Dr. Grobman approaches his patients by focusing on the art of assessment in determining a treatment plan that will achieve his patient’s goals.

Amanda Di Franco is a New York State Licensed Aesthetician. She started her aesthetics journey by doing bridal make up while working in the hospitality industry. During that time her love for cosmetics blossomed, she pursued her aesthetics license and found a new passion for skincare and facial treatments including but not limited to acne/anti-aging facials, laser, injectables, and enhancing the natural beauty of the face and body. When she is not treating patients Amanda loves the beach, animals, and hosting friends and family for holidays or get-togethers.
Keri L. Messina is a board certified Nurse Practitioner that started out at St. Francis Hospital. She also practiced part time in a dermatology office because of her love for skin care and desire to make patients feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. Keri has continued to pursue her passion of skin care by continuing education in medical aesthetics. She also continues to treat cardiac patients at St. Francis Hospital since 2008. When not treating patients Keri loves spending time with her family and friends.
Caroline Aronson is a Registered Nurse with Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing at Sacred Heart University. She is passionate about making people look and feel their best, which is why she is obsessed with aesthetic medicine. Caroline also works full time as a trauma nurse in the ER. When not working, she loves gardening, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
Allison Torlincasi-Randazzo is a Physician Assistant who completed her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Pace University in 2016. Her passion for skincare began at a young age and has led her to the field of aesthetic medicine. Allison’s focus is to enhance her patient’s natural beauty, help them age gracefully, and feel confident in their own skin. When not injecting, she works at Cohen”s Children’s Hospital in Pediatric Neurosurgery. In her spare time she likes to travel, read, do yoga and go to the beach.
