We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment by calling or texting our office during business hours at 516-817-6423.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or fail to show up, an appointment cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card at that time.
- First Time: $25 Fee
- Second Time: $50 Fee
- Third Time: $100 Fee
If you have 2 or more cancellations or no shows and want to book an appointment, a deposit or full payment will need to be paid at time of booking.
A reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at 516-817-6423 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the time of checkout, we may require a credit card to be held on file for our records.
