Cancellation Policy
Our provider schedules do fill up rather quickly. In order to guarantee an available time for a service, please book your appointments at least 2 weeks in advance.
We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment by calling or texting our office during business hours at 516-817-6423.
When a patient cancels same day or no shows it disrupts our work flow and the availability of scheduling other patients waiting for an appointment.
For that reason all same day cancellations or no shows will be charged a fee per our cancellation policy and may be asked to hold a credit card on file.
If you think you may be late to your appointment please call or text us so that we may accommodate you or reschedule accordingly.
Our fees for same day cancellations, less than 24 hour in advance cancellations, or no shows are as follows:
– First Time: $25 Fee
– Second Time: $50 Fee
– Third Time: $100 Fee
If you have 2 or more cancellations or no shows and want to book an appointment, a deposit or full payment will need to be paid at time of booking with a credit card kept on file.
